The Move 21 Program- Rediscover the  Strong Identity   still inside you

Move 21 isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. We recognize that TBI recovery looks different for survivors, caregivers, and families. That's why we've created six specialized program areas designed to address the unique challenges you're facing right now.

Whether you need help with cognitive recovery, caregiver burnout, relationship repair, or family support, we've built a roadmap specifically for you.

You're Not Making It Up. And You're Not Alone.

Whether you're the one recovering or the one holding everything together, you know something is distinctly different. You look fine on the outside. The scans came back normal. People keep saying it just takes time. But inside, you're struggling every single day with a brain that doesn't work the way it used to.

Tasks that used to be automatic now feel impossible. The brain fog won't lift. You can't find the words. By the end of the day, you're so exhausted you can barely function. And nobody seems to understand.

If you're the caregiver

You love them, but you're losing yourself. You feel guilty needing a break. You're exhausted from holding everything together while nobody acknowledges what you're carrying.

If you're the survivor

You're frustrated with yourself. You wonder if this is just who you are now. You're terrified the people you love will give up on you.

The doctors sent you home with barely any answers. Rest. Time. We'll see. But the waitlists are 18 to 24 months, nothing is getting better, and nobody tells you what to do or what "better" even looks like.

You didn't ask for this. You both deserve real help, not just "wait and see."

I'm Lucas. I've Been on Both Sides of This.

In 2014, I suffered a traumatic brain injury that left me bedridden, broke, and suicidal. But I saw the toll this reality was taking on those I loved the most. I saw my caregivers burn out trying to save me.

I understand the survivor's desperate fight to rebuild. And I understand the caregiver's quiet collapse under the weight of it all.

After years of fighting through recovery, I built a framework that actually worked. I became a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and created Move 21 to give others what I desperately needed: a clear path forward that actually accounts for how brain injury affects everything.

You don't need to figure this out alone anymore. I've walked this road from both perspectives, and I can show you the way through.

The Move 21 Framework: 21 Weeks to Move a Mountain

PROGRAM PACKAGE

This isn't generic self-help advice. This is a system built by someone who understands the cognitive challenges, the emotional weight, and the daily struggles you're facing.

The path is tailored to your unique role. Survivors learn to rebuild. Caregivers learn to support without burning out. Both get tools, structure, and community. Both learn to understand what the other is going through.

1

Get clear on where you are and where you want to go.

Build your foundation. Assess your reality, clarify your identity, and map out meaningful goals. Survivors work through identity and mindset. Caregivers build out next steps and protect their whole team without losing themselves in the process.

Module 1: P.E.A.K Profile

Module Week

(Weeks 1-3)

2

Build daily structure using proven therapeutic approachses

Use evidence-based methods (CBT, DBT, IAT) to create routines that work with brain injury. Survivors get a framework to continue to cover all the responsibilities they need to, while still giving their brain the time and space to heal. Caregivers manage logistics—finances, fitness, family—while protecting their own well-being.

Module 2: Integration

Module Week

(Weeks 4-9)

3

 Navigate setbacks and maintain balance

Recovery isn't linear. We Learn to adapt when things don't go as planned. Survivors repair identity and learn from setbacks. Caregivers connect with resources and maintain balance for everyone, including themselves.

Module 3: Innovation

Module Week

(Weeks 10-15)

4

Solidify your progress and pay it forward

Both paths converge. Cement the changes you've built and learn to guide others through what you've overcome. Become the person you needed most in your darkest hours.

Module 4: Implementation

I Don't Want You to Go Through What I Went Through

I spent over a decade figuring this out the hard way. Years of dead ends, setbacks, and feeling completely alone. I waited on endless waitlists. I googled at 2am. I watched the people I loved burn out trying to help me while I had no idea how to help myself.

That's why I built Move 21. You shouldn't have to spend years lost in the fog like I did. You shouldn't have to figure this out through trial and error while life passes you by. This gives you the framework I wish I'd had from day one. The structure that works. The community that gets it. The guidance that meets you where you are.

You don't need to wait for specialists or perfect circumstances. You just need someone who's been there to show you the way.
